Description

This is a hands-on studio cognate in representational drawing and painting. The emphasis is on direct perception of the visual field and then learning to translate those perceptions by hand to the drawing/painting surface. In contrast to the majority of the courses presented at our University studio courses stress intuitive judgments and direct physical engagement with and manipulation of an external reality.
